Qualifications
- Not more than 30 years old.
- Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience in field.
- Expertise in AutoCAD drafting, rendering software, and other related technical softwares.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong English communication and correspondence skills.
- Experience in basic engineering design and expertise in cost estimates.
- Experience in Commercial / Industrial Park Management is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive a motor vehicle.
- Must reside in Olongapo City or nearby towns, or be willing to relocate.
